Emergency contacts in Manila are strongly recommended.
Pay registration fees securely through designated gateways.
Registration changes are not accepted after the event starts.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Processing and web admin fees are not included.

The ride event is a casual, family-friendly environment for all ages. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion.

Distances, Gun Times and Cut-Off Times

Entry fees are non-refundable and may not be deferred or transferred.

Processing fee and web admin fee are not included.

Eligibility

5KM — Family Ride

Open to ages 6 and above.
Riders below 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the ride.

10KM — Community Ride

Open to riders aged 10 and above.
Riders under 18 require a signed parent/guardian waiver.

21KM — Fun Ride Challenge

Open to riders aged 16 and above.
Riders under 18 require a signed parent/guardian waiver.

Follow our social media pages for announcements about the kit claiming dates and venues.
Instructions on ID verification will be provided to ensure a smooth process.

Ride Kit Contents

Race Number: Unique bib for identification and timing.
Event Jersey/Shirt: Official race jersey promoting participant unity.
Water Bottle

Collect your ride kit according to the schedule to ensure everyone is prepared.

Ride Number

Wear your ride number (bib) visibly on your front throughout the race.
Not displaying the number properly may result in disqualification or unrecorded times.
Fill in the emergency contact number on the back with a family member's details in Manila.
Lost numbers require re-registration. A cyclist without a number cannot participate.
Ride numbers are non-transferable. Sharing or selling your number leads to disqualification and suspension from future events.

Start & Finish Points

The official race map will be announced soon, showing start and finish locations.
Review the map to familiarize yourself with the route.
Assembly area and start times for each category will be provided.
Arrive at the designated assembly area on time. Climbing barricades or entering improperly may lead to disqualification.
Latecomers must report to the next available corral to ensure safety.
Participants who do not start within 15 minutes of their flag-off time will be disqualified.
Race courses will close after designated cut-off times to allow street reopening.
Refer to event communication for specific details on assembly areas and start times.

Route Information

The course adheres to MYRIAD EVENTS standards and includes water stations, medical aid points, and restrooms for participant convenience.
Stay within the designated course boundaries marked by barriers and avoid disqualification.
Rejoining the race after leaving the course is not allowed.
Unofficial pacers and assistance from unregistered participants are strictly prohibited. Disqualification may occur for receiving aid from non-medical personnel.

Hydration

Hydration stations will be available at designated points along the ride route.
Littering is prohibited; dispose of waste responsibly in designated bins.

Medical Support

Medical personnel are stationed throughout the race course, start, and finish lines. If you need medical assistance during the race:

On the Course: Approach the nearest medical personnel or look for medical tents/personnel with identifiable vests.
Start and Finish Lines: Seek assistance from designated medical areas or personnel.
Familiarize yourself with the emergency contact information provided on your race bib or participant guide.
Use your communication device to alert event staff or medical personnel in case of an emergency.

Your well-being is our priority. Don't hesitate to seek medical help if you experience any health concerns.

Safety and Technical Support

Helmet is mandatory. No Helmet, No Ride.

Bicycles must be in safe mechanical condition.
Riders must obey marshals and traffic authorities.
Counterflowing is prohibited.
No headphones or earbuds while riding.
No mobile phone use while cycling.
Ride single file when instructed.
Signal turns and stops using proper hand signals.
Respect pedestrians and motorists.
Riders experiencing mechanical issues should safely move off the road before attempting repairs or requesting assistance.

Awards and Prizes

Grand Raffle Prize: One lucky participant will win a Colnago V4 Road Bike equipped with a Shimano 105 groupset and Fulcrum wheelset, courtesy of Colnago Manila.
Be there to win! Winners must attend the ceremony to claim their prizes. Your presence ensures proper acknowledgment and timely receipt of your awards.

Post-Race Activities

Details on exciting post-race activities, entertainment, and recovery services will be announced soon.
Don't forget your finisher's medal! As soon as you cross the finish line, head to the redemption area in the event village to collect your medal, string bag, and other sponsor goodies.

Results & Certificates

Official certificates will be available online within 1-3 days after the race. Ensure accurate data by completing the online forms correctly. Visit the official website to view your results and celebrate your accomplishments!

Code of Conduct

Respect fellow riders, volunteers, and event staff. Unsportsmanlike conduct, offensive language, or harassment towards anyone involved in the race will result in disqualification.

Protests: Objections to results must be submitted in writing to event officials or emailed to admin@myriadcorp.net within one hour of results being posted. A non-refundable protest fee of P5,000 applies. Verbal protests will not be considered.

Photos & Media

By participating, you consent to the use of your image and footage captured by official race photographers and videographers for promotional purposes.

Safety

For everyone's safety and enjoyment, please leave full costumes, face-covering costume masks, large props or accessories, as well as clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics, at home.

MYRIAD EVENTS reserves the right to modify event details, including postponement, cancellation, or suspension due to weather or safety concerns. Participants must immediately exit the race if instructed by event officials, medical staff, or authorities like firefighters or police officers.

Event organizers reserve the right to conduct additional security screening on, deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other participants.

Prohibited Items

Weapons (firearms, knives, etc.).
Dangerous items (hammers, saws, sharp objects, etc.).
Flammable liquids, fuels, fireworks, toxic chemicals, and explosives.
Large packages, coolers, tents, etc.
Sleeping bags, large blankets, or comforters.
Alcoholic beverages and illegal substances.
Unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), survey balloons, photography mini-copters, or any other flying device with an on/off switch.
Opaque or non-transparent plastic bags (clear trash bags are allowed).
Liquid containers larger than one liter.
Suitcases and rolling bags.
Costumes covering the face or bulky outfits extending beyond your body.
Selfie sticks and any camera mount or rig not directly attached to your head or torso.

Rule Changes

The race organizer may change any rules and regulations to ensure the success of the event, without prior notice. The race organizer's decision is final.

Remember: Participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and adhering to these rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties, disqualification, or other consequences as deemed appropriate by the race organizers.
