We collect personal information provided during registration, including but not limited to:

• Full Name, Age, Gender, and Contact Information (Email, Mobile Number)
• Emergency Contact Details (Name, Relationship, Phone Number)
• T-Shirt / Kit Size and Medical/Health Declarations (if applicable)

2. Purpose of Collection & Processing

Your data will be used strictly for the following purposes:

• Processing your event registration, kit distribution, and timing/bib assignment
• Sending essential event advisories, race schedules, and emergency updates
• Ensuring rider safety, medical triage, and emergency response during the event
• Event photography, videography, and post-event media coverage (including publication of official results and event highlights)

3. Data Storage & Protection

Your personal data will be securely stored and accessed only by authorized event organizers, medical personnel, and official registration partners. We will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
